2. Replace your Tooth brush every once in two months, or atleast change your tooth brush when it's bristles are seen to be jotted.

3. Try to increase the intake of Fruits and Vegetables, this not only helps to get good teeth but also to maintain good health.

4. After consuming Citrus fruits (like orange, lemon) try to wash your mouth with pure water. Because citrus fruits might erodes your tooth enamel.
